ABOUT PILATES
Sarah
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

In Pilates, your muscles are working to lift against gravity with the ultimate goal of strengthening and isolating the right muscles. Your aim should be to take your time with the exercises, focus on the task at hand, and connect to your breath.

Sarah's classes are great for all levels. She ensures there are modifications for each exercise so you can work at your comfort level. She also makes sure to work on different areas of the body and each class is different. I've really noticed an improvement since I started doing classes with Sarah!
