  • Start with your Welcome Pack, including your personal Workout & Wellness Journal delivered by post to your door. From exercise plans to shopping lists and mental wellness tips, it’s got everything you need to record your progress and refer to motivational advice along the way.

  • Initial consultation by video chat so we can get to know each other and explore your fitness goals
  • Structured weekly workouts - lower body, upper body, HIIT and Pilates
